This document also covers otherworlds.live — the Otherworlds bulletin, published by the same operator, carrying material received through the æntenna app and shown inside the app as "Other Worlds Livestream". Wherever these documents say "the Platform", otherworlds.live is included.
It also covers æ — the units and coins of æ, the æ record, and the æ web pages — an optional, free part of the Platform that runs on the Solana public blockchain. If you take part in æ, read "æ — Wallets, the Blockchain, and the Record" in the Privacy Policy and the "æ — Terms of the Gift" part of the Terms below. æ is worth no money, is never for sale, and is not an investment.

æntenna ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
When you use optional app features, æntenna may access your microphone, speech recognition, camera, and photo library so the feature you selected can work.
When you accept the app's legal terms or webcast/upload consent screens, we send a record of that acceptance to our backend service. That record may include an app install ID, your device vendor ID, app version, build number, trial or purchase state, acceptance choices, and the date and time of acceptance.
While the app is open, it periodically sends a lightweight presence update to our backend so we can operate live events and provide support: your current session type, app version, platform, language and timezone, when you were last active, and your approximate region (city, region, and country, estimated from your network connection by our edge provider — never from GPS or device location services, which the app does not use). Presence information is linked to your anonymous account, is never shown to other users, and is not used for advertising or tracking.
On iOS, your anonymous sign-in credential is stored in the device's secure Keychain so that your profile number can survive deleting and reinstalling the app. It is removed when you sign out or delete your account.
If you choose to upload an impression to the ONE MIND Database, we send the transcript you chose to upload together with related metadata such as session source, optional moon name, a device identifier, and your upload consent flag.
If you join a webcast, the display name and channel name you enter are stored locally on your device for convenience.
Vault: impressions you save only to your Vault stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
One Mind: impressions you choose to publish to the One Mind leave your device and are stored in our database as permanent research/database contributions. They may be used for overlap detection, research, analysis, publication, AI-assisted analysis, derivative works, and commercial products, as described in the upload consent and Terms. This includes publication in our OTHERWORLDS bulletin (otherworlds.live) and on our social media channels, credited to your chosen contributor name. One Mind contributions cannot be selectively withdrawn; if you delete your account, your contributions are retained in de-identified (anonymous) form with all linkage to you removed.
otherworlds.live is a public website we operate. It publishes a bulletin of impressions, predictions, and reports received through the æntenna app. It is also reachable inside the app, under Events → "Other Worlds Livestream", where it opens in an in-app browser window.
What may be published there. Material you publish to the One Mind may be selected, edited, illustrated, and published on otherworlds.live. Material you keep in your Vault is never published. Published items do not carry your account details; a contribution may appear anonymously, under a display name, or under a pen name. Treat a One Mind contribution as something that may appear on a public website, and note that publication cannot be withdrawn (see Terms sections 3A and 5.4).
What the website measures. When you read a page on otherworlds.live we record the page address, the referring website if you arrived from a link, the time, and a random identifier that exists only for that browser tab and is used solely to stop a reload counting twice. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free measurement service that reports aggregate figures such as country, referrer, and device type. Neither system sets cookies, builds a profile of you, follows you to other websites, or is linked to your æntenna account — and page views from inside the app are deliberately not counted at all.
The in-app Avatar guide is powered by DeepSeek, a third-party AI service, called from our own server. When you chat with the Avatar, the text of your message and the last couple of chat turns are sent to DeepSeek to generate the reply, after removal of obvious personal identifiers (email addresses, phone numbers, long ID numbers). No account information, user identifiers, audio, photos, location, Vault data, or One Mind records are shared with DeepSeek, and your Avatar chats are not stored on our servers. You are asked to consent before your first Avatar AI chat.
If you use the Record/Upload Your Insights feature, the app may access your microphone to record your voice and speech recognition to create a transcript on your device.
If you then choose to upload that transcript, the transcript is transmitted to our backend service for storage in the ONE MIND Database.
If you join a webcast, camera and microphone access are optional and are only requested when you actively turn those controls on.
If you enable your camera or microphone during a webcast, your image, voice, display name, and participation may be transmitted through the webcast provider and may appear in live or recorded broadcasts, as described in the webcast consent and Terms & Conditions.
Some live video sessions (for example Symposium and Join Live Session) may be recorded by the session convenor. A recording notice is shown before you join a video room, and a ● REC indicator is displayed on screen while recording is active. Recordings are stored in a private storage area accessible only to the operator, are not visible to other users in the app, and Join Live Session recordings are retained for up to 30 days before deletion. If you do not wish to appear, you can keep your camera and microphone off or leave the session.
æ is an optional, free part of æntenna. If you never open the æ pane and never link a wallet, nothing in this section applies to you.
Technically, a unit of æ is recorded on the Solana blockchain as a compressed non-fungible token (an NFT), and a coin of æ as a Solana token. Those are the containers the record is kept in. What that means for your data is set out below; what it means legally is set out in the "æ — Terms of the Gift" part of the Terms — in short, æ is worth no money, is never for sale, and is not an investment.
We never see, hold, or store your private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase, and we could not recover them for you if we wanted to. We do not read your wallet's other holdings, we do not track your activity elsewhere on the blockchain, and no one from æntenna will ever ask you for a seed phrase or private key — anyone who does is attempting to defraud you.
æ runs on Solana, a public blockchain that no one controls and that nothing can erase. Which wallet holds which unit, and every hand-over between wallets, is written there permanently and can be read by anyone in the world, forever. We cannot delete, edit, correct, or anonymise it, and neither can you. A wallet address is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: if it is ever connected to your identity — by you, by an exchange, or by anyone else — that history may become linked to you. Please take this into account before you link a wallet.
A unit's public page shows only the unit's name, picture, and endeavour. The record itself — the entries, the media, and the contributor names on them — is readable by signed-in æntenna members, not by the public web. Entries you write are attributed to the name on your profile.
Entries written into a record, including the transcripts of video and audio, may be screened and reviewed by automated means, including artificial intelligence, against the content standard in the æ terms. Human decision follows; see section 10A of the Terms.
You can unlink your wallet, pause the daily coin, or leave æ at any time from inside the app, and deleting your æntenna account removes the link between you and your wallet in our records. Entries you have written into a record may be retained in de-identified form so that other people's journeys stay intact. Nothing that has been written to the blockchain can be unwritten by us, by you, or by anyone.
The æ record lives in the same Supabase database as the rest of æntenna, and æ media is stored in our storage there. In addition to the providers listed under "Third-Party Services", æ uses the Solana blockchain (public and permanent, operated by no one), Helius (which indexes the chain and notifies our server when a unit changes hands), Metaplex (the token standard the units are minted under), and Cloudflare (which hosts the æ web pages and the server that builds each unit's metadata). Your wallet application — for example Phantom — is a separate product we neither operate nor control; it has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and what you do inside it is between you and its publisher.
We use collected data only for the app features you choose to use, including:
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of the app, including Supabase for backend data storage, YouTube and Agora for livestream and webcast delivery, Cloudflare for content delivery and the approximate-region lookup described above, Google Fonts for typeface delivery on the æ web page (Google receives the standard web request for the font files), and DeepSeek for generating the Avatar guide's chat replies (see "Avatar AI" above). These services may process data as needed to provide their part of the feature you selected.
Our public websites, including otherworlds.live, are hosted on Cloudflare Pages and use Cloudflare Web Analytics for cookie-free, aggregate traffic measurement, with page-view counts stored in our own Supabase database as described under "Otherworlds.live" above.
If you take part in æ, the additional providers listed under "æ — Wallets, the Blockchain, and the Record" also apply: the Solana blockchain, Helius, Metaplex, Cloudflare, and the self-custodial wallet application you choose to use.
You can permanently delete your account and personal data from within the app (System menu → Delete Account). Deletion removes your profile, posts, saved sessions, recordings, and all other personal data; One Mind contributions are retained in de-identified form, as described above. If you have taken part in æ, deletion also removes the link between you and your wallet, but it cannot remove anything already written to the public blockchain — see "Deleting your æ data" above.
You can revoke microphone, camera, and speech recognition permissions at any time in Settings. If you do, recording, transcription, and optional live-session participation features may not work.
You can revoke photo library access at any time in Settings; you will then be unable to pick images for your avatar or sessions.
Our Terms & Conditions require users to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the æntenna application, related webcasts, livestreams, databases, newsletters, websites, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
The "Platform" expressly includes æ — the units and coins of æ, the æ record, the æ pane inside the æntenna application, and every æ web page, including each unit's public page, the branding page, the send or pass-it-on page, the claim and gift pages, and the æ terms page, at æntenna.com and any subdomain, mirror, or successor address of it. Your participation in æ is governed by the "æ — Terms of the Gift" part below, which forms part of these Terms and which prevails over the rest of these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to æ.
By accessing, using, or submitting content through the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
The "Platform" expressly includes the websites we operate, and in particular otherworlds.live (including www.otherworlds.live and any subdomain, mirror, or successor address of it) — the "Otherworlds bulletin" or "Bulletin" — whether you reach it in a web browser or through the in-app window inside the æntenna application. These Terms apply to you as a reader of that website even if you never install the app, and they apply to your use of the app even if you never visit that website.
Where otherworlds.live, or any other site or service we operate, displays its own notice, policy, or terms for a particular feature, that notice applies in addition to these Terms. These Terms prevail to the extent of any inconsistency, unless the site-specific notice states expressly that it prevails.
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

æntenna is provided for entertainment, mindfulness, research, and educational purposes. The Platform facilitates structured group coherence experiences, sensory engagement, symbolic exploration, and collective insight aggregation.
The Platform is not a medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal, financial, or advisory service.
The Platform may include novel or non-standard informational or experiential frameworks. Users elect to participate voluntarily.
No guarantee of personal transformation, psychic enhancement, insight accuracy, collective coherence outcomes, or predictive validity is provided.
otherworlds.live publishes material that is received, not reported: psychic impressions, intuitive material, symbolic descriptions, and predictions gathered through the æntenna app and presented in the visual format of a news bulletin.
By reading, sharing, or contributing to the Bulletin you acknowledge and agree that:
Editorial discretion. We decide what is published. We may select, decline, edit, condense, retitle, translate, illustrate (including with AI-generated imagery), combine with other contributions, categorise, reorder, republish, archive, or permanently remove any item, at any time, without notice or explanation. We are under no obligation to publish any Contribution, to keep any item published, or to notify you if something of yours is published.
Attribution and anonymity. Contributions may be published anonymously, under a display name, or under a pen name. You are not entitled to a byline, to credit, to approval of the published version, or to any payment (see sections 5.3, 5.4, and 7).
Publication is permanent. Consistent with section 5.4, publication on the Bulletin cannot be withdrawn at your request. Material once published may remain indexed by search engines, cached, archived, screenshotted, or reproduced by third parties beyond our control even after we remove it from the site.
In-app display. When the Bulletin is displayed inside the æntenna application it remains part of the Platform and these Terms continue to apply. Links from the Bulletin may take you to websites we do not control, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies; we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Reader conduct. Sections 9 and 10 apply to the Bulletin. You must not scrape it, bulk-download it, republish or mirror it, or use it or its contents to train machine-learning systems, without our written consent.
Corrections and removal requests. If you believe an item on the Bulletin is unlawful, infringes your rights, or identifies you in a way you object to, contact us at hedley@interdimensional.life and we will review it. Section 10A applies.
The Platform includes audio, visual, haptic, and sensory content that may not be suitable for all users.
You must not use æntenna if you:
You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and acknowledge you do so voluntarily and at your own risk.
The Platform facilitates immersive mindfulness, symbolic, and coherence-based experiences. Users may experience impressions, imagery, intuitive thoughts, symbolic narratives, or perceived "guidance" during or after use.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Users acknowledge Contributions arise within a structured research ecosystem facilitated by proprietary systems. All Contributions are owned exclusively by æntenna.
By participating in any livestream, webcast, group session, video call, or interactive broadcast conducted through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
Participation constitutes your express consent to such recording and broadcast.
You grant æntenna and its owner an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to:
You waive any right to inspect or approve the final recording or its use.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Participation in livestreams is voluntary.
If you do not wish to have your image or voice recorded or broadcast, you must:
The Platform is not responsible for users who voluntarily enable video or audio transmission.
You acknowledge that livestreams may be transmitted through third-party platforms, including YouTube, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
æntenna is not responsible for how such third-party platforms store, process, or distribute broadcast content.
æntenna may use Contributions for research, newsletters, reports, publications, AI training, commercial products, licensing, media, derivative works, and monetised outputs.
This expressly includes publication on otherworlds.live in the manner described in section 3A, and republication of that material in newsletters, on any successor or associated website, and on social media accounts we operate.
No compensation is owed unless agreed in writing.
All aggregated datasets, analytical outputs, consensus maps, pattern models, AI-generated outputs, and derivative intellectual property remain exclusively owned by æntenna.
All Platform materials, including software, methodologies, livestreams, newsletters, the otherworlds.live bulletin together with its published stories, imagery, and page designs, databases, branding, audiovisual assets, AI datasets, and research frameworks are exclusive property of æntenna.
No copying, redistribution, scraping, reverse engineering, database extraction, AI training use, quotation for commercial purposes, or derivative use is permitted without written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
Certain methodologies constitute confidential trade secrets.
You agree not to:
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.
We filter submitted content for objectionable material. You can report any content or user from within the app — via the ⚐ Report control on posts and profiles, or "Report Content or Behaviour" in the System menu, which covers comments, messages, recordings, and live sessions — and you can block any user so you no longer see their content or activity.
We will review every report and remove offending content and/or eject the responsible user within 24 hours. Users who post objectionable content or behave abusively may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Termination does not affect ownership rights already assigned.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, predictive validity, or commercial viability.
Content published on otherworlds.live is provided for interest and exploration only and carries no warranty of truth, accuracy, currency, or predictive validity of any kind (see section 3A).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, æntenna and its owner shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the resupply of services or AUD $100, whichever is less.
Use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Contributions may be processed using automated systems, including artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including internet outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or natural disasters.
Nothing creates partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy above, the consent screens you accept in the app, the "æ — Terms of the Gift" part below and the edition of the æ terms you accepted inside the app, the Event Terms below where they apply, and any notice published on otherworlds.live together form the whole of the agreement between us. Section 1 governs which prevails in the event of inconsistency.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in NSW courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
The same address reaches us about otherworlds.live, including corrections, complaints, and requests to remove a published item.
This part governs æ. It applies in addition to the Terms & Conditions above and, in relation to æ, prevails over them to the extent of any inconsistency. In this part, "Hedley Cohan" means Malcolm Hedley Cohan, trading as æntenna, and "we", "us", and "our" mean him.
This part applies to units and coins of æ, to the æ record, to the æ pane inside æntenna, to every æ web page (including each unit's public page, the branding page, the send or pass-it-on page, the claim and gift pages, and the æ terms page), and to every act of receiving, holding, branding, appending to, or passing on æ.
It applies to you whether you reached æ through the æntenna application, through a link opened in a wallet, or through an emailed invitation, and whether or not you have installed the app. A shorter plain-words edition of these æ terms is presented to you inside the app and on the æ terms page, and you are asked to accept it; that shorter edition is a summary for readability, and this part governs.
æ is offered by Hedley Cohan as his personal contention: quantum force, received from the worlds listed in æntenna and directed into endeavours through units of æ. That contention is a statement of his personal belief and of symbolic and artistic expression. It is not a statement of scientific, medical, or factual truth. No representation, warranty, or promise is made that any force, energy, influence, effect, or outcome exists, is transmitted, is received, or will occur, and you must not treat any part of æ as a representation of fact.
æ is a symbolic and expressive artefact. In particular, æ is not:
A note on the technology. A unit of æ is recorded on the Solana blockchain as a compressed non-fungible token (an NFT), and a coin of æ as a Solana token. Those are technical containers only. They do not change anything in this part: æ remains a symbolic artefact with no monetary value, licensed and never sold, and nothing about the standard used to record it makes æ money, a financial product, an investment, or a thing that may be traded. Any characterisation of æ that relies on the technical standard rather than on these terms is rejected.
æ is worth no money. It is given, never sold. It cannot be bought, sold, auctioned, listed, offered, traded, swapped, bartered, lent, rented, staked, wrapped, fractionalised, used as collateral or security, redeemed, or exchanged for money, cryptocurrency, goods, services, access, or anything else of value — whether through a marketplace, an exchange, privately, or in any other way.
There is no market for æ. We will never make one, quote one, or support one. We do not recognise, endorse, participate in, or accept any responsibility for any market, listing, price, quotation, index, or valuation that any third party purports to create for æ, and the existence of any such thing is no evidence that æ has value.
Any attempt to sell, buy, or place a monetary value on æ ends your licence immediately and the unit will be burned, without notice and without compensation. You must not represent to any person that æ has, or may come to have, a monetary value, and you must not induce any person to acquire æ by suggesting that it might.
Every unit and every coin of æ remains at all times the sole and exclusive property of Hedley Cohan. When a unit or coin reaches you, what you receive is only a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to carry it, to brand it where these terms allow, to add to its record, and to pass it on in accordance with these terms. The licence is not transferable except by passing the unit on as these terms permit.
You acquire no ownership, title, or proprietary interest of any kind in any unit, coin, name, image, artwork, metadata, record, endeavour, or underlying intellectual property, and none is transferred to you at any time.
Your wallet may display you as the "owner" of a unit on the Solana blockchain. That display is a technical artefact of how the blockchain works. It does not convey ownership as between you and us. The position between us is set by these terms, by agreement, and not by the chain.
The licence is granted for no consideration and may be revoked at any time in accordance with Æ10.
æ may reach you unasked — by an email or a link from Hedley Cohan, by a hand-over from another member, or through the daily coin. Receiving æ costs you nothing, obliges you to nothing, and creates no relationship with us.
You may ignore it, decline it, unlink your wallet, pause the daily coin, or leave æ at any time from inside æntenna. If you take any step with æ — accepting the æ terms, linking a wallet, branding a coin, writing into a record, or passing a unit on — you accept these terms in full and are bound by them.
To hold æ you must use a self-custodial Solana wallet that you control, such as Phantom. We are not a wallet provider, custodian, exchange, broker, dealer, remitter, money transmitter, or provider of any financial service. We never hold, see, store, or have any ability to recover your private keys, seed phrase, or recovery phrase, and we cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or recover any transaction once it is signed.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, your device, your keys, and your recovery phrase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, or cost arising from:
No one from æntenna will ever ask you for your seed phrase or private key. Any person who does is attempting to defraud you.
Passing a unit on carries the æ fee — currently US 65¢, paid in SOL from your own wallet, at the moment you sign the transfer in your own wallet, outside the æntenna application. The fee is a contribution towards the running of the æ network. It is not the price of æ. It does not buy æ. It buys you nothing. The person who receives a unit pays nothing, ever.
The amount may change; the amount then applying is shown to you on the send page before you sign. Fees are not refundable. Blockchain network costs ("gas") are set by the network and not by us, are separate from the fee, and are your responsibility.
æntenna does not sell æ, does not sell SOL or any digital asset, and contains no purchase of any kind connected with æ. We do not operate an exchange, we receive no commission on any purchase of SOL you make elsewhere, and nothing in the app or on any æ page is an offer, inducement, recommendation, or solicitation to acquire, hold, or dispose of any digital asset.
While you take part, one coin of æ may reach you each day. The daily coin is a gift, not an entitlement. It may be paused, reduced, delayed, suspended, or discontinued at any time — for you, or for everyone — with or without notice and with no compensation payable.
If you pass nothing on for 50 days the daily coin pauses until you next send. You may pause it, or leave, at any time from inside æntenna.
Branding spends one of your coins and mints one named unit in its place. Branding locks: the name, header image, thumbnail, and statement cannot afterwards be changed by you.
When you brand a coin, or write, upload, or record anything into a record, you represent and warrant that the material is your own, that you have every right to provide it, and that it infringes no person's rights and breaches no law.
Everything you contribute to æ — names, statements, text, images, video, audio, documents, and metadata — is a Contribution for the purposes of section 5 of the Terms above, and sections 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 7, and 8 apply to it in full, including the irrevocable assignment of intellectual property and the waiver of moral rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Branding does not make a unit yours (see Æ4). We may override, correct, rebrand, retire, or reverse any branding as an act of moderation.
The administrator may, at any time, in his absolute discretion, with or without notice, and without liability or compensation of any kind to you:
Burning destroys a unit permanently and irreversibly. You acknowledge and agree that æ has no monetary value, that nothing whatever is owed to you in respect of any of the above, and that you will make no claim, demand, or complaint in respect of any of it.
Every such action is recorded with a reason, and the author or member affected may ask for it to be reconsidered by email at hedley@interdimensional.life. The decision on reconsideration is final.
The record is for building. You must not post anything defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, misleading, or unlawful; anything that attacks or demeans a person; anything that infringes another person's rights; anything that works against the endeavour a unit carries; anything that promotes any investment, financial product, trading opportunity, or other digital asset; and never an offer to buy or sell æ, or any statement that æ has a monetary value. Honest reports of difficulty are welcome; attacks on people are not.
Only the person carrying a unit may write to its record, and only while they carry it. Once a unit moves on, that person's entries are frozen. Nobody may edit or remove another person's entry.
Every entry is the statement of the person who made it, and not ours. We do not adopt, endorse, verify, fact-check, or vouch for anything any member writes, nothing in any record is our representation, and we do not pre-screen every entry. Entries may be screened and reviewed by automated means, including artificial intelligence and the transcription of video and audio.
If you believe an entry is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or in breach of these terms, tell us at once at hedley@interdimensional.life or by using the report control on the entry. We will review it and, where we agree, act promptly and in any event within 24 hours of review. Section 10A of the Terms above applies. You agree that this notice-and-removal route is your first and primary remedy, and that you will use it and allow us a reasonable opportunity to act before commencing any proceeding in respect of anything published in a record.
The Solana blockchain is a public, permanent, worldwide record that no one owns and no one controls. Once something is written to it, it cannot be edited or deleted by us, by you, or by anyone. Anyone in the world can see which wallet holds which unit, every hand-over, and every transaction, for as long as the chain exists.
A wallet address is pseudonymous, not anonymous. If your wallet address is ever connected to your identity — by you, by an exchange, or by any third party — the whole of that history may become linked to you. You accept this before you link a wallet.
We cannot remove, correct, or anonymise anything on the blockchain, and we are not liable for anything that follows from its permanence or its publicity. Deleting your æntenna account removes the link between you and your wallet in our records; it cannot unwrite the chain.
By taking part in æ you represent and warrant, on each occasion you do so, that:
If any of this is not true, you must not take part, and we may refuse or end your participation at any time on this ground alone. You must not use æ to move or transmit value, to launder money, to finance terrorism, to evade sanctions or tax, or for any other unlawful purpose.
Nothing in æ — in any record, in any endeavour statement, on any æ page, in the app, or in anything we or any member says about æ — is financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, psychiatric, psychological, or professional advice, or a recommendation, offer, inducement, or solicitation to acquire, hold, or dispose of anything. Sections 4B, 4E, 4G, and 4H of the Terms above apply to æ in full.
You are solely responsible for your own tax position, including any tax that may arise from receiving, holding, branding, or passing on æ, and for obtaining your own professional advice on it. We give no advice and make no representation about it.
An endeavour is a name and a statement of intent. It is not a charity, a fund, a trust, a donation, an appeal, or a fundraising activity. Nothing is collected, held, invested, or applied for any endeavour, no money reaches any named cause, organisation, place, or person, and naming one is symbolic. No person or organisation named in an endeavour endorses, sponsors, is affiliated with, or has approved it unless we expressly say so. Endeavours may be retired, renamed, or closed at any time.
æ, the record, the daily coin, the æ pages, and every part of the æ network are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of availability, continuity, accuracy, completeness, fitness, security, error-free operation, or preservation. We may change or withdraw any of it at any time. We do not undertake to preserve any record, any media, any endeavour, or any unit, and you should keep your own copy of anything you care about.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Hedley Cohan, æntenna, and each of their officers, contractors, volunteers, and agents from, and they are not liable to you for, any claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense of any kind — direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or economic, including loss of profit, opportunity, data, digital assets, reputation, or goodwill, and including emotional distress — arising out of or in connection with æ, and in particular arising out of:
You indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hedley Cohan and æntenna against every claim, liability, loss, cost, and legal expense (on a full indemnity basis) arising out of or in connection with: your participation in æ; anything you contribute, brand, upload, or publish; any breach by you of these terms or of any law; any attempt by you to sell, buy, advertise, or place a value on æ; any claim by a third party relating to your Contributions or your conduct; and any tax or regulatory consequence of your participation.
Sections 12 and 13 of the Terms above apply to æ, and where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited as set out in section 13.
Nothing in this part excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other law, to the extent that it cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified. Every exclusion, limitation, release, and indemnity in this part applies only to the extent the law allows.
If any provision of this part would otherwise be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it is to be read down to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and if it cannot be read down it is severed, without affecting the validity of the rest.
To the extent permitted by law, any claim you have arising out of or in connection with æ must be brought within twelve (12) months of the day on which the event giving rise to it first occurred, and is otherwise permanently barred.
We may publish a new edition of the æ terms. Members are asked to accept the new edition inside æntenna before continuing, and the acceptance is recorded and, where a wallet is linked, signed. Continued participation in æ after a new edition is published is acceptance of it. If a change materially reduces your rights, your remedy is to stop taking part, which you may do at any time.
æ is a separate, optional, and free part of the Platform. Access to æntenna's other features does not depend on holding æ, and holding æ does not unlock, extend, discount, or entitle you to any subscription, purchase, content, or feature of æntenna. No payment you make to æntenna buys, entitles you to, or increases any æ, and no æ entitles you to any refund of, or credit against, anything you have paid.
Sections 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 of the Terms above — force majeure, no agency relationship, entire agreement, severability, governing law, changes to terms, and contact — apply to this part. This part is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. These Event Terms apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions above whenever you book a ticket for, attend, or participate in a "First Contact:" group awareness demonstration or any similar event presented by Malcolm Hedley Cohan, trading as æntenna / psychic.events (the "Organiser," "we," "us," and "our," including our owner, employees, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, facilitators, agents, and representatives). Part A applies to in-person events ("Live Events"). Part B applies to events attended remotely over the internet ("Online Events"). To the extent of any inconsistency between these Event Terms and the Terms above in relation to an Event, these Event Terms prevail for that Event.
First Contact: is an immersive group awareness demonstration using the æntenna app, sound, visual content, guided attention, symbolic prompts, and group participation. The event may involve intense, unusual, emotional, psychological, sensory, spiritual, or contemplative experiences. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, psychic, spiritual-advisory, or emergency-support service, and it does not guarantee contact with other worlds, non-human intelligences, spirits, guides, ancestors, extraterrestrial beings, or any external agency. Any impressions, messages, images, sensations, or perceived communications are subjective personal experiences and must not be treated as instructions, predictions, or advice. Do not attend if you are under 18, are affected by alcohol or drugs, or have a history of epilepsy, seizures, photosensitivity, active psychosis, mania, severe dissociation, schizophrenia spectrum conditions, impaired reality testing, or any medical or mental-health condition that may be worsened by immersive sensory, meditative, or group awareness experiences.
First Contact: is an artistic, mindfulness, educational, research, entertainment, and group-awareness demonstration. The Event may invite participants to explore subjective impressions, inner imagery, symbolic experiences, intuitive associations, group attention, and the feeling or idea of communication with "other worlds."
The Event does not establish, verify, promise, or guarantee actual communication with other worlds, extraterrestrial beings, spirits, guides, ancestors, non-human intelligences, deceased persons, divine beings, supernatural entities, or any external agency. All impressions, messages, images, voices, sensations, meanings, synchronicities, or perceived communications during or after the Event are to be treated as subjective, symbolic, imaginative, contemplative, or personal psychological experiences.
By booking a ticket, attending the Event, entering the venue, using the app during the Event, or participating in any Event activity, you agree to these Event Terms. If you do not agree, do not book, attend, enter the venue, use the app at the Event, or participate.
The Event is only for people aged 18 or older. By booking and attending, you represent that you are at least 18 years old; you have legal capacity to agree to these terms; you are not booking for or bringing a minor; and you are not affected by alcohol, recreational drugs, or medication in a way that could impair your judgement, perception, balance, emotional regulation, or ability to participate safely. We may refuse entry to or remove any person who cannot satisfy these requirements.
The Event and the app are not medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological therapy, counselling, crisis support, diagnosis, mental-health assessment, spiritual direction, psychic advice, or legal, financial, relationship, health, or safety advice. No facilitator, app output, participant statement, group result, impression, message, or perceived communication should be treated as professional advice, instruction, prediction, command, or direction to act. You remain solely responsible for all real-world decisions and actions you take before, during, and after the Event.
The Event may include immersive sound, music, rhythm, tones, vibration, or haptic feedback; moving, bright, patterned, low-light, projected, screen-based, or flashing visuals; guided attention, meditation-like practices, breath or stillness prompts, group focus, silence, emotional disclosure, symbolic prompts, or unusual conceptual material; social participation, witnessing other participants' reactions, and group discussion; and use of mobile devices, microphones, cameras, livestreaming, recordings, or app-based interactions.
Participation may cause or aggravate adverse reactions, including:
You understand that adverse reactions can occur during the Event or later.

If you are unsure whether it is safe for you to attend, obtain advice from a suitably qualified health professional before booking.
You agree to participate voluntarily and only within your own limits; stop participating immediately if you feel unwell, distressed, unsafe, overwhelmed, confused, or destabilised; notify event staff if you need assistance; leave the room or venue if continuing would be unsafe for you or others; seek medical, psychological, psychiatric, emergency, or crisis support if symptoms are severe, persistent, or concerning; comply with all venue rules, staff instructions, safety directions, and applicable laws; and behave respectfully toward other participants and staff.
You agree not to harass, intimidate, pressure, film, record, touch, diagnose, interpret, counsel, or advise another participant without clear consent, and not to treat any experience as permission or instruction to harm yourself, harm another person, break the law, endanger property, make major life decisions, stop medication, refuse treatment, spend money, travel, contact a third party, or take any other real-world action.
Participation is voluntary. You may sit out, pause, close your eyes, turn away from a screen, remove headphones if used, stop using the app, leave the Event space, or withdraw from participation at any time. You are responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing and choosing whether to continue.
You acknowledge and agree that the Event involves inherent and disclosed risks, including the risks described in these Event Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from or connected with your booking, attendance, use of the app, participation, interpretation of experiences, interactions with other participants, and conduct during or after the Event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Organiser from all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or connected with: your booking, attendance, observation, app use, or participation; any adverse sensory, emotional, psychological, psychiatric, spiritual, physical, social, reputational, financial, or other reaction; your interpretation of any impression, message, symbol, feeling, group result, app content, participant statement, or facilitator statement; any decision, omission, or action you take during or after the Event; conduct of other participants or third parties; and venue conditions, except to the extent caused by liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an Event is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket or the resupply of the relevant services, at our election. Nothing in these Event Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified, including liability for reckless conduct where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you indemnify the Organiser against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal costs, arising from or connected with: your breach of these Event Terms; your unlawful, unsafe, negligent, abusive, or disruptive conduct; your recording, publication, or misuse of another participant's image, voice, words, identity, or personal information; any claim by a third party arising from your participation, interpretation of experiences, decisions, or conduct; and any content, statement, image, recording, submission, or contribution you provide.
You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, advertisement, representation, promise, belief, or expectation not expressly set out in these Event Terms. We do not guarantee contact with other worlds or any external intelligence; personal transformation, healing, insight, accuracy, prediction, proof, paranormal outcome, spiritual result, group coherence result, or emotional benefit; that the Event will be suitable for you; or that you will not experience discomfort, distress, or adverse reaction.
The Event is not crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact emergency services. If you experience significant distress during the Event, tell staff and stop participating. If distress continues after the Event, seek support from a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor, crisis line, trusted support person, or emergency service. Event staff may contact emergency services or venue security if they reasonably believe there is a risk to your safety or another person's safety.
The Event may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, recorded, transcribed, edited, archived, published, promoted, analysed, or used in future media, research, educational, documentary, commercial, or promotional material. By attending, you consent to the Organiser recording and using your image, voice, likeness, name, app username, statements, participation, and submitted content for those purposes, without further approval or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you do not want to be recorded, notify the Organiser in writing before the Event and follow any non-recorded seating, camera-off, microphone-off, or non-participation instructions. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture will never occur in a live group setting. You must not photograph, film, record, livestream, or publish another participant without their express consent.
If you submit words, impressions, images, transcripts, recordings, symbols, app entries, chat, or other content during or after the Event, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe another person's rights. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, you grant the Organiser a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, analyse, publish, display, distribute, train systems on, and create derivative works from your submitted content for research, educational, documentary, commercial, promotional, archival, app, and media purposes. Do not submit confidential, private, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, medical, financial, or highly sensitive information.
We may collect and use booking information, attendance information, acceptance records, app interaction records, media recordings, submitted content, and incident and safety records to operate the Event, keep safety records, manage legal compliance, communicate with you, process bookings, and use recordings or submissions as described in these Event Terms. Where the æntenna app is used, the Privacy Policy above also applies.
We may refuse entry, pause participation, remove a participant, or end participation without refund where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, venue compliance, participant wellbeing, event integrity, or protection of others. This includes where a participant appears intoxicated, distressed, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, underage, medically unsuitable, or unwilling to follow staff instructions.
Tickets are for the named Event only unless we agree otherwise. Refunds and transfers are subject to the ticketing platform terms and any mandatory rights under Australian Consumer Law. We may change the venue, timing, format, facilitator, content, app features, or running order where reasonably necessary. If the Event is cancelled by us, we will provide the remedy required by law and any additional remedy stated on the ticket page. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, lost income, or other incidental costs unless required by law.
The Event may rely on third-party venues, ticketing systems, livestream platforms, app stores, internet providers, payment processors, software, hardware, and service providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, failures, data practices, platform rules, venue incidents, or service interruptions except to the extent required by law.
You must not engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, intimidation, threats, unwanted touching, sexual misconduct, discrimination, stalking, doxxing, exploitation, coercion, or conduct that makes another participant or staff member feel unsafe. You must not encourage another person to treat subjective experiences as commands, diagnoses, predictions, or instructions. We may remove any participant who breaches this section and may report unlawful conduct to police, venue security, or relevant authorities.
By booking and attending, you declare that: you are 18 or older; you have read and understood these Event Terms; you understand the Event may involve adverse sensory, psychological, emotional, physical, social, and interpretive risks; you understand the Event is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic, psychic, spiritual-advisory, or emergency-support care; you understand that any perceived communication, message, symbol, guidance, or contact is subjective and must not be relied on as advice, prediction, proof, or instruction; you are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate; you will stop participating and seek help if you feel unwell, distressed, unsafe, or destabilised; and you attend voluntarily and agree to these Event Terms.
When you book, join, or participate in an Online Event — an Event attended remotely by livestream, video call, webcast, app session, or any other online means — all of Part A applies to you, adapted as follows: references to attending or entering the venue are read as joining, connecting to, or viewing the Online Event; references to leaving the room or venue are read as muting, disabling your camera, closing the app or browser, or disconnecting from the session; references to refusal of entry or removal from the venue are read as refusing, suspending, muting, or removing you from the online session; and references to venue rules are read as the rules of the platform through which the Online Event is delivered. The remaining sections of this Part B apply in addition to, and where inconsistent instead of, the corresponding sections of Part A.
You are responsible for your own physical environment during an Online Event. Participate from a safe, comfortable place where you can sit or lie down safely, stop at any time, and seek help if needed. Do not participate while driving, operating machinery, bathing, or doing anything that requires your full attention. You are responsible for your own device, screen settings, audio volume, headphone use, lighting, internet connection, and any costs of connecting. Because the Event includes immersive audio and visual material, set your screen brightness and volume to comfortable levels before beginning, and look away from the screen or remove headphones immediately if you feel discomfort.
Unlike a Live Event, no staff member can see you, assist you in person, or summon help to your location during an Online Event. You acknowledge that you participate unsupervised and that you are solely responsible for monitoring your own wellbeing, stopping if you feel unwell or distressed, and contacting your local emergency services or a crisis line if you need urgent help. Where a facilitator or moderator is present online, they may end or interrupt the session, or remove a participant, if they reasonably believe there is a risk to any person's safety, but they cannot provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency assistance.
If the Online Event allows participant cameras or microphones, enabling them is voluntary. If you enable your camera or microphone, your image, voice, display name, surroundings, and anything visible or audible in your environment may be captured, transmitted to other participants, livestreamed, recorded, and used as described in section A14. If you do not want to be captured, keep your camera and microphone off, or attend in view-only mode where available. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate recording objections notified in writing before the Event, but cannot guarantee that incidental capture will never occur in a live online setting. You must not screenshot, screen-record, photograph, or otherwise capture or publish another participant without their express consent.
Online Events depend on third-party platforms, hosting services, app stores, payment processors, and your own device and internet connection. We are not responsible for your inability to join or remain in an Online Event due to your device, software, settings, or connection. If an Online Event is materially interrupted by a failure within our control, we will provide the remedy required by law and any additional remedy stated on the ticket page. Access links, codes, or credentials for an Online Event are for your personal use only and must not be shared, published, or resold.
We may refuse, mute, suspend, or remove any participant from an Online Event without refund where we reasonably believe it is necessary for safety, legal compliance, participant wellbeing, event integrity, or protection of others, including where a participant appears intoxicated, distressed, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, underage, medically unsuitable, or unwilling to follow facilitator or moderator instructions.
By booking and joining an Online Event, you make the declaration in section A21 and additionally declare that you are participating from a safe environment, that you understand no in-person supervision or assistance is available, and that you will stop participating and contact your local emergency services or an appropriate support service if you feel unwell, distressed, unsafe, or destabilised.
æntenna travels from person to person. When you invite someone and they complete their first session, a link is recorded between your two accounts. Those links form a lineage — your "mycelium" — which the app draws as a network map.
What other people in your lineage can see: the name on your profile, your profile picture, and the source world your account was assigned. Sessions, impressions, uploaded images, recordings and Vault contents are never shared through the network map.
Who can see it: people connected to you through the lineage — those you invited, those they invited, and the line of accounts above you back to the origin. The map is inside the app; it is not a public web page and it is not published anywhere else.
Invitations: when you send one, we create a single-use link. The person who opens it is recorded as having been invited by you. We do not send email on your behalf and we do not upload, store or read your contacts — the invitation travels through whichever app you choose to send it with.
Mentorship messages: when someone you invited completes their first session, a private message thread is opened between the two of you and seeded with one introductory message. Either of you may ignore it, and normal messaging rules and blocking apply.
Focus notices: in the Mycelium session you may name a person and, if they use æntenna, choose them from a search and allow us to tell them that you are focusing on them. When you press Start we send that person one notice: the name on your profile, the world you attuned to, and the time. It appears as an unread count and as a message in their Inbox, in a private thread between the two of you. Nothing else from your session is shared — not your images, your music, or the name you typed. Notices are limited to one per person every 12 hours, are never sent between people who have blocked each other, and anyone can switch them off in their profile. Whether someone has switched them off or blocked you is never revealed to you.
If you delete your account: your profile, name and picture are removed, and your node in the map becomes an unnamed, de-identified point. The shape of the lineage is preserved so that other people's networks remain intact, but nothing in it identifies you.
